I wanted to share with you some of my favorite wedding photos that I have taken over the years. I try my best to capture the most special moments between a bride and groom at their wedding, along with all of their dear family members and friends. I love being able to tell the couple's unique love story with my photos. I was lucky enough to photograph weddings in some of the most beautiful locations in the world; I first started photographing weddings in Hawaii, on the Big Island of Hawaii. Of course all of the weddings I photographed there were at sunset (and one was even at sunrise!), on the coast. One of my favorite locations on the Big Island of Hawaii was Kukio Beach, couples loved this location because there were always very few people there, and so they could enjoy their elopement or small and intimate wedding even more. :) I love capturing the little details like the wedding veil and the bride's beautiful bouquet of flowers, but most of all the candid moments of the groom and bride, like when the groom sees his bride for the first time. All of those moments are so special and I feel honored to be able to capture them for the couple and their families to enjoy for many years to come.
I lived in San Diego for a short time; my favorite wedding that I photographed while I was living there was in Ranch Bernardo. It was at a beautiful large estate with tall tall ceilings that made for beautiful photos of the bride and her bridesmaids as they were getting ready. The whole wedding party was photogenic, the photos turned out just beautiful! Such a beautiful wedding in a beautiful setting!
I now currently reside in Colorado, in the cute little neighborhood of Sunnyside in Denver Colorado. I went to college in Boulder and never thought I would be living here again in Colorado, but here I am! Boulder Colorado is a beautiful place, one of the highlights of my life, I loved going to college there. Colorado has so many beautiful mountains, some of the best wedding locations! My favorite wedding that I photographed here so far was a small and intimate wedding in the Rocky Mountain National Park in Estes Park, at the trailhead Upper Meadows. It was a gorgeous location was expansive views of the mountains, and the ceremony spot was in the middle of the field where everyone could enjoy the serenity of the mountains.
The first photo below is of my brother and his fiance, Darcy, it was so much fun taking photos of them at the Four Seasons on the Big Island of Hawaii. Had to start out this post honoring my brother and his girlfriend first. :)
