Engagement photography session in Santa Fe, New Mexico on August 8th, 2018.
My brother Jason and his girlfriend Darcy were visiting her mom in Santa Fe, New Mexico, so I drove down from Denver, about a 6 hour drive away. I was so glad that I could just drive there to visit them for a few days. I picked them up from the Albuquerque airport at about 11 in the morning and then we went to a BBQ place called County Line BBQ. After they got to rest a bit (since they had taken an overnight flight from Hawaii), we went to a little town called Madrid that Darcy wanted us to see, a cute tiny little town with lots of fun shops, I got the cutest Santa Fe looking purse for only $10 while we were there. On our way back, Darcy wanted to stop in another even smaller ghost town called Los Cerrillos, and there really was no one there, we didn't see any cars on the road while we were there, and only like 2 people! So we decided to take some photos while we had the little town to ourselves. Jason and Darcy got engaged in Hawaii, but are thinking about getting married in Santa Fe, New Mexico, so it was nice to get some engagement photos of them near there. They were a little jet lagged so they were maybe a little tired in the photos, but still look so photogenic as usual!
